Ed Saveage is in the top three car sales people I've ever worked with. He is so willing to help (even after the sale)! He is professional, energetic, and has a very good sense of humor. He was a great listener to put me into the Flex Limited, which I truly am enjoying more than any other vehicle I've owned. I have been bringing my vehicles into Camelback Ford for over five years. I don't think the I would bring my vehicle into anyother dealership. Ms. Caplin has been my service rep since day 1; she has always had a higher standard toward client-dealer relations. My service advisor Krista Lashley does a great job. Friendly and keeps me in the loop on status of repairs. The parts department need some improvement. Oscar is not friendly and almost always puts me on hold for long periods. I think you need more people answering the phones in parts. Delivery people alwasys take a long time to get parts to shop. Sometimes they do not even show up. If they do show up, they cannot remember to come around to shop. Instead they drop off with receptionist. You need to have notes for each custome... read more

Troy was outstanding and helped me get a great deal on my new ford. I've always driven lincolns because of their quality, but the salesguy showed me that the fords are just as good these days. This guy was help and knew how to treat a customer. I got a great price and was treated fairly.

I have been coming to Camelback Ford since Mel Clayton closed. I came here to follow my service rep, Dawn Caplan. She always takes very good care of me and my car,and is quite knowledgeable about the vehicle and it's workings. If something is not to my satisfaction, Dawn makes sure that it is taken care of, and if what I need is not available, she gives me clear options from which to choose. I've always hated buying a new car. It's always a painful process that lasts way too long. I was fully expecting that this time, but Marco was the friendliest and most professional sales person I've ever met. He really took his time with me and explained things to me. The finance department took a long time, as I expected, but Marco kept checking on me and didn't abandon me to the wolves. Thanks Marco!

Buying a car is never fun.But these guys worked with me over the phone before I had to actually go into the dealership.i've purchased 2 other vehicles at this site in previuos years.Over all my experience was good.The finance guy Todd,was great.he was very helpful and made the final signing easy. My experience with this dealer has been for providing periodic routine service for my 2006 Lincoln LS. They honor the lifetime oil/filter change agreement I had with Scottsdale Lincoln Mercury, where I bought it. Camelback Ford, Lincoln, Mercury took over that business when they closed. My Lincoln LS now has about 36,000 miles on it, and it has never needed any repairs other than routine maintenance, so my experience with this dealer has only involved routing service. My experience with David Haro and his staff was effortless on my part. At each step of the purchase process I was treated respectfully and professionally. All questions (and I had plenty!) were answered so that I could completely know my new car and financing. This is my second Ford Esccape. Part of the reason I bought at Camelback Ford was my service advisor, Dawn Caplan, who took very good care of me with my first Escape. I certainly would recommend Camelback Ford.
