Camelback Ford has the most unbelievable customer service ever!! Take today for example. I have somehow managed to lose my only key for the '06 F150 I bought 2 years ago and Will in the sales department was able to do the unthinkable for me. He is sending a technician here to my home to make me a spare so that I can carry on with my normal life of taking care of my two baby girls and getting to work. Our overall experience was great! The pricing was fair, Our overall experience was great! The pricing was fair, and in the end our interest rate and payment came back even lower than expected. The people were great to work with, and made the experience enjoyable. There was no hassling back and forth of numbers, etc. We weren`t there for hours while being jerked around. It was the easiest transition that I have ever had.

I could go on and on of how times have been so hard lately, but we all know the story. A lot of personal effort to take good care of the Customer is evident on the part of everyone that I have been in contact with so far. Each staff member seems very knowledgeable about his or her job. Convenient location. Everyone seems to have a purpose and seems to be efficient.
purchased 2011 5.0 mustang last july, they offered good trade in value with my 2005 mustang, salesman and financing dept was nice and friendly, only problem was, about APR, they offered this and singed the contract and then after a week they called me to sign a newer contract with higher APR.

I recently purchased a 2010 mercedes GLK from this dealership. I have to say I was very happy with the price and the service I recieved from the dealership. They were able to get me great financing, much better than I was able to get from any of the credit unions or banks. The car was clean and they even fixed a scratch and dent in the the front of the car for next to nothing. It was a pleasure working with David Laner my salesman. He made sure I was in and out quickly and that I understood everything completely.
