I appreciate being treated with respect which Mr. Eccles and the entire did. It was a comfortable atmosphere and I was did not feel I was being forced into any agreement. Each document was explained in detail. They took time with an young/old lady who loves cars and explain things about each car. They did not have a problem when I asked to look under the hood; they didn't think that I was ignorant.

I was looking for a new Ford Fusion (knew exactly what I wanted prior to contacting the dealership) and requested an internet quote on the car. Response from Brian was very quick and price was very fair.....only detail to work out was value of my trade-in (2010 Honda Accord). I had a pleasant experience buying my 2012 Ford Escape. The process from beginning to end could have been quicker, but overall a knowledgeable and very friendly staff. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Most of the purchase process was quick and dirty (that's good!) and the personalization provided by the dealership was remarkable. They delivered the MKX to my drive way (only due to the fact that the one I bought had just arrived and had yet to be prepared for sale).

recently I visited Camelback Ford for a recall on my vehicle I also have a different make vehicle and visit their service department frequently but the way I was treated here made it worthwhile between the service advisors and friendly sales personnel I felt important.....and the cookies also helped

As far as getting a good price, and the negotiation process, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I purchased a 2010 used Hyundai Sonata. The price was significantly less than any other dealership (and I spoke to quite a few). I saw the car online, submitted an inquiry, and received a call from Brock within 15 minutes. We negotiated the price down over the phone, but not quite to what my asking price was ($400 off). Brock told me he was confident they could meet my asking price, but I'd need to come in.
