I am very pleased with the personal attention provided and the professionalism and truthfullness of everyone. As for price, I never know if I get a good price but there didn't appear to be much willingness to deal.

Thank you so much. John H. and Rhonda S. were the best sales people I have dealt with. I have purchased 6 Fords over the last 7 years and dealt with four other Ford dealerships from extremely bad to this last visit (first time purchased at Camelback) and they were the very best. They stayed with me and checked on me from the moment I drove up to the minute I drove my new Stang off the lot. After an excess of 7 hours in a dealership a deal was made. There was lack of communication from the staff, or for my well being during the excessive wait. Also after being clear about where I wanted to remain in payment, and down payment, the sales manger was still trying to sell me on a outrageous deal. My suggestion is listen to customer. The end result will save time, and have a satisfied customer expierence. I can not say I had this at Camelback Ford.

I would like to say that this was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had!! They sincerely wanted to help me get this car with meeting my requested monthly payments and giving me extras. Kevin Duran went as far as to take my 15 year old son out looking at cars and telling him about their features while I filled out the paperwork. He could have been out selling more cars but continued to focus on me and my son. Camelback Ford has definately won my repeat business for sure! Thank you Camelback Ford!! Stacie

I was looking for a used vehicle with an affordable monthly payment. After I went to several dealership, I could not find the car that I like. Luckily, I came to Camelback Ford and I was helped by John John. He is very friendly and willing to listen to all my needs for a vehicle. Then, he helped me to find a vehicle that works perfectly with my budget. The whole buying process was very quick and easy. John is the best sale man that I ever worked with. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

The best part of the experience was our sales rep. Antonio Dominguez. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the car and the purchase process. Antonio gave us information on the benefits of each style. Antonio has a great personality, very people friendly and worked with us to ensure we got the car we wanted at the the best deal

good price considering what they have to work with, meaning my upside down 2012 ford edge. the service is above average, I would deal with them again.

I was absolutely amazed at how friendly and efficient he was. Kevin, my sales representative made sure I got what I needed and I am really happy my expectations were met. The dealership was very professional and did not stop working until our loan was completed. Even when I had to go back to the dealership the made sure that the offered and they did fill my tank with fuel again it was a great experince.
