Car came with a bunch of ad on's that I was told were negotiable but they weren't. They just had to get that last $300 for a ceramic coating. Well I hope that ceramic coating's was worth it for having to go back on your word.

This was a 2nd time I went to get a used vehicle, thought I would be treated differently from the last time I was there about 6yrs ago. Nope, the same typical male/men who don't know how to treat and respect a female vehicle buyer who comes in to purchase a vehicle. Not impressed when it comes to negotiating a price for a vehicle and buying a vehicle.

The car purchase process was smooth, and our check was promptly cashed. However, we've been facing delays with the paperwork. Despite multiple attempts to contact the finance department, we have not been able to get a response.

Terrible service and all around experience ended up having to return the car with impact to my credit for their mistake

I arrived everything was good they rushed the deal and i produce everything they asked. With in 24 hours i had there down payment signed my old car over proof of income residence proof of insurance everything they wanted. With no problem then after they have my keys to my trade and cash for down payment for a week I was told the car will be ready tomorrow then finally cars done and they said hold on were waiting for the bank to finalize deal then all the sudden i get a call saying i Was accused of fraud and then I was accuse... read more

They take forever to get things done! They let me walk away with a car and callen me back 2 week later to raid my price, Which was their fault!!

I do not recommend Camelback Ford for service. While the sales dept is phenomenal, the service department needs assistant or training in customer service. I had to take my vehicle there for something that needed done 2 days after my purchase. Upon I arrival I was “greeted” by a lady named Sandy who promptly looked at her computer and said in a rude tone, “You’re with Henry! Two desks down! This place is absolute trash. The reviews don’t lie and the customer service or lack there of speaks volumes as to what is received. No ford dealership in Arizona is rated as low as Camelback Ford. Save yourself a headache and spend your money elsewhere.
