We had the exact VIN of the vehicle and the process took almost five hours. The price of the vehicle was more than what was listed. (Not talking about taxes/fees/etc). The sales guy had little to know information on Ford F-150’s. The vehicle was listed as new. It was not, it was a service vehicle with 2500 miles. That felt like a bait and switch. Overall not a good experience and would not recommend Camelback Ford to anyone.

Their detailer shop not up to par and the car has serious transmission problem. I wanted the contract for 48 months, but they wrote it for 60.

I would not recommend buying from Camelback Ford. While the sales experience with Fernando was fine, the finance department was frustrating. Travis repeatedly pressured me to buy a warranty I didn’t want, despite my firm "no" and my budget concerns. His persistence and condescending attitude made the process exhausting. After reluctantly agreeing to the extra cost, I had trouble getting my paperwork, and follow-up calls were ignored. It took four weeks to get my documents. Horrible customer service. would not buy another car from them. Sales manager Alex is worthless and finance manager is sneaky. I asked if the complimentary service could be moved to the dealership in Yuma, az, to which he replied yes. Instead, he managed to hide a service plan for an additional charge in between all the paperwork I had to sign. By the way I bought a Lincoln not a ford. Your website doesn’t even give an option to choose Lincoln. I guess I can’t expect anything more.

Made an appointment for service (ventilated seats on my 2023 F150 not working). Vehicle is under the 3 year / 36k mile manufacturer warranty. Arrived for my appointment, immediately was greeted by who I would guess is a lot attendant. He confirmed I had an appointment and asked me to describe the issue. I explained the ventilated seats were not working. He immediately responded that it would take 3-5 days to diagnose the issue and it there would be a $250 diagnostic fee. Update: On day 4 of the 3-5 diagnosis window, I received a call from the service manager stating they figured out the issue. They would have to order parts, which would take 4-5 days to arrive. Due to this, and it being a warranty issue, they did offer me a complimentary courtsey vehicle (via Hertz). I was able to pick up the courtesy vehicle and will have it for the duration of the time my vehicle is in service. I appreciate this customer service and would like it to be reflected.
