I brought my Mustang in twice because the air conditioning didn't work. I was charged twice, but it was never repaired. I had to take it to a small shop that repaired it in one visit. I was charged a lot twice by Camelback Ford for nothing. Also, I had the brake lights replaced. The repairman never even put the panels back together after replacing the bulbs. I had it serviced, too, and they never put a mileage sticker in the window. I wonder if it was really serviced. But I sure was charged.

Service department is worse than awful. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance. Brought my vehicle in and Justin the service writer says we will not look at your car for another 7 days . I said but wait I made an appointment 3 weeks ago..His reply to that was no your appointment is only to see me. I was Furious. Needless to say I did not leave my car. Service manager and director at Camelback Ford are very deceptive. I had my car serviced there, asked for specific services and they added service to my account which I had first questioned and did not approve. They carried it out service anyway after I told them not to do it and when we picked up the car we were forced to pay for it. Beware of this place! ! Took my son in just to look at a vehicle. We were told by the sales rep that "for insurance purposes" they were required to obtain all contact information and take a copy of a driver's license just to LOOK at vehicles and peruse the lot. Of course, we left. After we were in our car ready to pull away, another rep came out to apologize, claiming they don't require that, and that the other rep was new. Totally dishonest sales people. They added $2,000 to a 80 k quote. Tried to charge me $1,000 deposit to order

This dealerships service dept & customer relations manager are the most disrespectful. The service technician who initially installed the tires had no idea how to balance them & an oil change with 4 new tires took almost 8 hours and then we had to return the next day due to warning lights. No one had any idea how to fix it. Took them over a week to figure it out & we had to pay for their mistakes. This dealership is using the fact that I am disabled. My son can take this same car in and they set it up to be repaired. However when I called and let them know I would be bring in the car and would need help with the loaner car not being to low to the ground so it won't hurt me. I was told because you are disabled he would have to send the request to a whole other department. Disabled does not mean sweep under the rug. Not one single person choose to call back. Worst car buying experience. I was promised me tires on my vehicle. Got all different tires and only 2 are newish. The visor was promised to be fixed, now they have no clue what I'm talking about now that the salesman is fired, who promised these things. Vehicle started shorting out a week after I bought it. I called 4 times and was promised a callback, no one called me. I was also told the vehicle went through a very extensive inspection so I had no worries at time of purchase. Better customer service I feel like I was sweep under the rug shouldn’t have too ask for anything ex my paperwork or having find out who and where my finance company was or when payment due and then having to go to the GM to get what should already had when car was sold too me
