I have tried to get my car fixed 2times with appts. No talking with him!
Kate from sales text me about a raptor. They advertise a 20k markup. She explained that she could lower the markup "if i come in tomorrow." Long story short, her desk manager apparently wasn't happy that i found better deals elsewhere and said that I'd fallen for the other dealers tricks. When she finally sent me her dealers price quote, the markup had increased to 22k now. Update: after 3 days the truck started having issues. Airbag light on dash, radio freezing multiple times a day and a rough idle and ride. Feels like I’m riding on gravel on the interstate. Called the dealership and was told I would have to take it to the service department, but the service department won’t answer the phone. Not to be trusted sold a used car claiming to have passed shop where in actuality the vehicle needs over $5000 worth of work done. This only 3 months after purchasing the vehicle. Air spring suspension sagging and needs replaced and compressor cracked needing replaced. Lower control arm bushings torn and needing replaced. CV axle boot torn and leaking grease, Guess what needs replaced. All this on a luxury Mercedes that has “passed shop” so they said many times. Worse dealer I have ever dealt with in my 40 years of buying new cars. The service department is so bad the the service adviser is a do not tell the truth and have no idea what they are doing. Over a 2.5 hour for an oil change and tie rotation !!!!! And they never started it and I left. Appts to not mean anything to this dealer. My time is too value to be stilling in at Alford Dealer. Had the work done at Bell Ford. In and out the door in 90 minutes.
They never contacted me in reference to my request on a new bronco that had listed for sale.

This service center is garbage. First. I didn’t want to bring my vehicle back here because the last time I had similar issues. However they did not do a repair correctly and the other dealership will not fix their mistakes so we are back. It took three days to make an appointment because they don’t even answer their phones. If you select device calling direct you get sent to an offshore call center that relays messages and in two or three days you will get a call back. Bought a 2020 f150 with 60k miles last week before signing anything I heard a weird noise coming from rear I asked if it could get checked out before I bought. I was told it was the shocks and that they would take care of it for me. I've gone in several times and it's like they just don't care about it. They want me to leave it but not give me a rental? I'll never be returning for another vehicle from camelback Lincoln or ford. P.s I purchased my first car from there you would think they would want to keep customers
