Do not EVER purchase a vehicle from this dealer. I paid with a cashier check in full for a vehicle September 1,2012. I was told after fluids were replaced I could pick up the car which would be no later than September 5th. As of October 5,2012. I still don't have the car, no one supposedly knows where the car is and the GM is refusing to give me my money back. Theft by deception...I do think so. Here is my horrible experience with this dealership that lacks professionalism: I recently inquired on an internet sales ad for a car being sold by Camelback Ford. Worst. Dealership. Ever. Do not trust a word they say. On their website and over the phone the stated the vehicle was new - then when we got to the dealership we found out the vehicle had 8000 miles! Hardly a new vehicle. They wanted to go over paperwork before showing us the vehicle, and now I know why. It had been in an accident! You could see the damage while approaching the vehicle. I initially came into contact with Camelback Ford when I answered an internet ad for a preowned Lexus RX300. My intitial contact was with an internet sales rep named Jessica Savage. She called me as a routine follow up to my internet ad input. I asked her if the vehicle in which I was interested was in stock, a 203 Lexus RX300. She told me that it was. Saw a 2005 Ford Focus online advertized @ $3994. When I got to the dealership, they didn't know if they had it. then they wanted all my contact info just to tell me if the car was there or not. When they found the car and I was walking out to look at it they informed me of the "safety Inspection" that needed to be done. The price of the inspection $ 1800.00. I recently bought a car from you about a month ago; there were a couple things that were wrong with it that you agreed to fix once the car was financed. These were aesthetic fixes but important because it was with the back seat trunk release valves with the car. Recently I purchased a new 2012 Ford Mustang. I love the car but have had serious problems with Ford’s customer service after the purchase. I live in Washington State and the Mustang I wanted was not available. I had to purchase my car in Phoenix, Arizona. I arrived by plane near closing time, purchased my car and drove home. Came in on feb 4th to order a new vehicle. After 3 months, no vehicle, no idea when it will arrive, or any other information. They would never give me a straight answer about the order when I inquired. I have now been sitting at the dealership for an hour and half, for a manager. Don't go there. That place is absurd. They advertised a price online. When I contacted them they lured me in promising additional $750 off. When I showed up and looked at the vehicle we started the paperwork. They tried to have me sign loan documents for a price 2k over what was advertised.
