They tried to rip us off every step of the process. I would not recommend that dealership to anyone...not even my worst enemy!

No communication. Sloppy management Vehicle wasn't ready at all . When we were told it was . A 6 hour detail . Unexpectedly bad service

Good with negotiations and very quick . Wasn't able to get lower interest rate which was shocking . Didn't like that said they were going to put the down payment but took my funds from a previous warranty

Gave me 17000 on my trade in. Now it's listed for 25999. Unbelievable! Lack of honesty and integrity . I was totally taken advantage of. I've lost all trust in dealerships! I should be compensated.

Sold me a lemon. Took it back and gave me three options to pick from. Still ended up with a mediocre car that i didn’t like.

After buying 35 cars this is the worst car buying experience. I am not sure if it’s the brand Ford or the dealership. Bought Acuras Cadillacs Toyotas Infinitis Hyundais Etc etc This is the worst they haven’t paid my trade the trade account is still active it’s over 15 business days since I signed the contract. I have to spend $650 on paint correction before putting the PPF the car had marks everywhere which as a car buyer I didn’t notice. Don’t trust this dealership, they will sell you trucks that will not work and charge you an arm and a leg for it

Car came with a bunch of ad on's that I was told were negotiable but they weren't. They just had to get that last $300 for a ceramic coating. Well I hope that ceramic coating's was worth it for having to go back on your word.

This was a 2nd time I went to get a used vehicle, thought I would be treated differently from the last time I was there about 6yrs ago. Nope, the same typical male/men who don't know how to treat and respect a female vehicle buyer who comes in to purchase a vehicle. Not impressed when it comes to negotiating a price for a vehicle and buying a vehicle.
