Went in with the thought of just getting familiar with the Lincoln Corsair and drove off in a 2022 Lincoln Corsair.

The sale of the car took all day mostly it was my fault I wanted a different car. That’s on me, after finally picking a different car and being able to work with the loan I was given everything was great I was told the next day they would deliver my second set of keys. I felt bad because I live far from the dealership so I told them don’t worry I can pass by on the weekend for them. Good at the start. Took a while to buy the car mostly my fault. Did not like the deal with the second set of keys or the resigning of the paperwork. Still waiting on keys even though the story went from you'll get the keys tomorrow to the keys need to be programmed to no you can just pass by and get them. To you can come next week when we have the needed parts. Not sure why it's so complicated to get a second set of keys but I also don't work on a dealership so maybe it makes sense in their world.

great, reasonable, fun It was a pleasant experience between each department, no kidding around and jumping through loops, very transparent team for the most part and would recommend this dealership

Mark Bova and Mitch over at Camelback Ford are awesome! After having a not so great experience at Peoria Ford on Bell Road just one phone call to Mark and he got it done. He really threw me a curveball I didn't expect him to call back saying we have the vehicle and we hit your numbers. I was on my way out the door to go look at different places and had back up in place with carvana. Even debated actually going to Camelback thinking they would pull the same tricks Peoria Ford had.
