I did not get clear communication about the issues with my car until it had already been at the dealership for 4 days and the manager called me.

Rick was very kind and took a look at and was able to fix a problem by just reprogramming the trunk door lift. That made me very happy

They suggested a bunch of work but didn't have photos, they had video but I didn't have time to watch
