Bad follow up. Gave me wrong info about length of having loaner. Didn't follow deadlines. Made me wait 2 days to drive up to mom that had been in rollover car accident in NM. Gave me car back with bird poop on car that ate away at paint and additional dings on door.

Pricing is too high. There shouldn't be a fee for cc payment. Please remove cc free and reduce price.

Whoever the tech was that was on my car the last few times got the jobs done but was sloppy - bolts were left uninstalled and sitting by the wipers, broken pins not replaced etc

I called and made an appointment for a recall on my vehicle. I asked the caller that I spoke to when making my appointment if there was going to be any type of fee and he said no. . When I dropped off my vehicle Mikey just asked me what I was in for I did say a recall and that was it he said he'll let me know when the car is ready for pick up. I called this dealership to see if they had availability to take my car for a check engine light. Travis asked when I wanted to take the car in, and I said I wanted to bring it in that day. He said “any time today”, and I asked when he had availability. Travis said “I’m open all day”. I said I’d bring it in by 10am. When I brought the car into the shop, he had me sign a document then said it would take 5 hours before they could even provide an update, never mind a resolution. They tried to sell me service I didn't need. They told me my tires needed rotating, but I had just had them rotated 3 days earlier when I had a flat tire fixed at another business.

Possibly the worst car buying experience I have had. Took hours for anybody to get on the same page with my vehicle, was sold to me needing repair, was sent away from the dealership being told to pop the hood and learn the inner mechanics of my vehicle to manually open my charging port.
