They sell my info to their dealership and contact me nonstop to trade in my car even after I ask them to stop calling me. this has been going on for 6 years now.

I found a razor blade on my driver seat when I walked to my car (which was parked kinda far away) after the oil change and also my service needed alert was t reset. I asked Travis to come do it for me. He showed me how to reset it but I should t have to as that's part of the oil change service. The whole service took about 2.75 hours which seems like a rather long time.

I was sold a truck that didn't go through emissions and wasn't inspected by camelback Hyundai. I was called into the dealership ( a month later) for the emissions test, in which it failed. I was at the service center for 4.5 hours. I put in a claim for a key (that was lost)that is to be covered under a warranty. Have not yet heard back about the claim. I made an appointment for an oil change, tire check and zaptec. I arrived on time and then was quoted 1.5-2 for the oil change and an additional 2 for the zaptec. I understand the time for the coating, however, this wasn't told to me when I made the appointment and let the person know that I was traveling from out of town. So essentially I had to cancel the coating as I did not have the additional time in town. And to wait an hour and a half ... 2 hours almost for a oil change. It's crazy. Had appointment for recall service. Was told it would take 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Took almost 3 hours due to an additional 'courtesy' vehicle inspection (upsell opportunity for you) which I did NOT initially ask for or approve. I suggest you ask the customer ahead of time if they want to spend additional time waiting for the inspection.

Waited longer than anticipated for someone to come to my car. Service person was changed on us but we were not notified

The most horrible experience with hyundai is with this service especially the manager Ishmael hes very rude and insensitive...

It took five hours to do almost nothing to the car It always takes far longer than they estimate

I'm very unsatisfied with the work in general. I feel like it was warranty work that did not generate revenue and I was treated as such. The engine malfunctioned less than 24 hours after the work was completed and still isn't running correctly
