Service department is amazing. Hyundai dealership is would not recommend to anyone. Service department rocks. Sales amd financial department sucks.

Came in for first service, did oil change, tire balance, alignment, and rotation. Left and still had vibrations and steering wheel had to be held to the left while going straight. Came back for second visit and was told it was fixed but everything was still the same. Went to discount tire to try a road force balance and they said the wheel lock was on too tight and were afraid it might brake. 1 They charged me for a service they didn't perform. They really have a terrible system. They put me off Hyundai; I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The dealership forgot to replace the battery after they stated they did. The car broke down again and needed to be towed to a different dealer.

The check-in took much longer than it should have. Cars were backed up to get in and I waited over 20 min. for the service rep

Oil change. After two hours of waiting I checked on status. Said they texted me which they did not. And for some reason my email address was completely wrong. Service tech should have confirmed contact info and did not. Also I asked for estimate on body work and was told he sent photos to body shop and then upon checkout said he never heard back. So no estimate.
