My wife and I went in just wanting to test drive a few SUV's to get a better idea of what we want. Our salesman was very condescending. He only wanted to talk about prices and was not even willing to show us the models we were interested in. Terrible overall experience. Will not be purchasing or recommending them to anybody anytime soon.

I purchased a new vehicle on 1/23/21 and added on the car plus coverage that I was told would cover windshield repair or replacement. I was told that I would no longer have to worry about rocks on the Arizona freeways. On the way home from purchasing my new car, I was inevitably hit by a rock and receiving a huge crack in the windshield. I would like to have this repaired, but any crack over 6 inches cannot be repaired, only replaced. When I contacted the insurance carrier I was advised that they only cover repairs, not ... read more

Kia the company has informed me that It has no oversight powers regarding individual dealerships, so I should address any complaint in a review. UNSAFE [COVID] & UNSCRUPULOUS 1. I bought my car here; I am very happy with it; the process was smooth. However, 2. Employees walk around unmasked, even as cases spike in AZ. An employee even came to my house unmasked to deliver a car for a test drive (and I had to give him a mask). Very unsafe Covid environment. 3. This place sucks to get your car serviced. No matter if I have an appointment or not, go on different days of the week, or if I go in at different times nothing changes. For a routine oil change you'll be waiting AT LEAST 3 hours and that's if they remember to let you know it's done. It's terrible customer service they are never apologetic and even if I have a appointment I still won't get out of there sooner than three hours. Go somewhere else

The WORST experience at a dealership I've ever had. Whoever I worked with in the finance department was the rudest person I've ever met. Do not give them your business.
