Worst service ever. My car was there for a week to replace my brake switch and when I got my car back I noticed the brake pedal was really hard and when I got on the freeway my car wouldn't accelerate over 25 mph. Well come to find out, my brake pedal was tightened down to far when they put it back on and my brakes were engaged. Since I was trying to accelerate against my brakes being on, my brakes were totally fried. The service department at this dealership is an absolute joke. We are repeat customers and booking a service on my wife's car purchased with a FREE service plan is booked out beyond 2 and a half weeks. ARE YOU KIDDING? We called Mark Kia, from where I purchased my car from and they offered us a service TOMORROW. Do not buy a car from Camelback Kia and expected to get treated with any sort of respect, especially after they have taken your money. I haven't even owned this car for a month and the transmission is giving me hell. I bought it on August 6 but they can't get it in under the warranty for Kia until September 9. I have a bunch of doctors appointments I've got to go to I am not happy

Yeah I mean the buying experience was good. The only thing is the maintenance. Specifically the reception for maintenance and repairs. This guys name I think was Andy,Andrew, Aron or Adrian but hands down one of the worst costumer experiences I've had. I came in for a recall on a 2020 Kia I explained why I was there and that I had an appointment. I was left hanging with words in my mouth and completely ignored. No explanation as to what was going to be done and how long it was going to take until I had to ask after waiting t... read more

Had service appointment at 8:15 am. Around 10:30 am checked the desk. They never kept me informed about what was going on with my car. It is now 4;30 pm car still not ready. They walk around mask less. Except for a few. Some employees do. Some don't. Adrian was my tech too busy running his mouth.
