Overall work got done. Initially I called for an appointment, the tech did not seem to believe the items on my coupon I shared were genuine. Upon arrival he shared that a number of services from a coupon were generally not used together. Then three hours later, oil change was complete and I was told tires did not need rotation. I paid, left and as I got home found the rear wiper cap was gone. Maybe from the car wash. Called back, no one cared. I bought one from parts Dept. Wont return.

One of the best experiences I've had in a long time. Excellent service and always let me know what was going on. When service was longer than expected they had a loaner car available to me. All positives from me! Highly recommend!
