In my experience you usually go to a dealer ship to avoid all the bs other shops mechanics put them through. I was surprised to see them doing the same practices as far as you getting a service done and then magically a week later a part related to that service breaks down and repeat cycle to the point I got a new gas line and gas cap because apparently my evap charcoal filter was clogged but did they mention that or even replace that part? Took longer than expected and when asked if they washed my car he said no suw to having a chip.in my windshield even tho it was fixed (by them). Ridiculous excuse to not wash my car.

LESS THAN A STAR, ACTUALLY. The service was so horribly bad that my wife and I traded our Subaru Forester of 16 years for a Non-Subaru the very next day. A car that we "TOTALLY LOVED" and never had maintained anywhere else than Camelback Subaru for all this time with our trust was traded for a brand new car (not a Subaru, for sure). I wouldn't go to this dealer again. I bought 5 cars from this place and the person working there told me that I was the problem after I complained that the service department shut off my Bluetooth from the display area and set my air conditioning to low instead of my setting. I'm the problem.

My service guy neglected to vacuum the car like it was supposed to per my lease agreement with Subaru, but then he said he could take it over to the detail shop, but it's gonna take another three hours to get it vacuumed. How does it take three hours to vacuum a car?

Brought vehicle in to get serviced for a rattling noise in the steering column. Salesperson stated warranty will cover repair. Left vehicle at dealer for the warranty service. Salesperson stated problem was fixed and resolved. In reality, the same noise was still heard while driving and was not fixed as the salesperson stated.

Reported to Carfax that engine oil, cabin air filter, engine air filter, and front brakes replaced. After purchase, independent shop found none of the work completed. Inspection completed within 500 miles of purchase, oil was old, breaks worn, and filters dusty and clogged
