They told me for sure if he fone at noon. I was the first car there in the morning. It wasn't ready until 4 pm the next day and no one knew anything about my car as they guy supervising left an hour early.

I was sold a car with mismatched tires by Camelback. Apparently they performed a check today and didn't notice STILL? Discount tire did. When I brought it up, Rhett told me to "call back with a lawyer".

I didnt like the sales manager Tyler, or Rhett. They were both just pushing to not give me what I was told that I would get for my trade-in. I do not live where the car was located and deal was complete until they looked at my trade. Instead of 5000 that they original said they were only going to give me 2000. We met at 3800 I think? The salesman Kazuki was great and he alone was the reason I went ahead and purchased the car. Due to a lack of respect, concerns for the safety of our staff, and the lack of transparency regarding the vehicle's condition, we decided not to proceed with the deal. I had a disappointing experience with this dealership. After confirming the car was available, they took my information and credit card to reserve it. Trusting the deal was secure, I took out a loan and purchased a plane ticket to finalize the transaction in person. Less than 24 hours later I received a text message saying they sold the car to someone else. An unexpected and unfortunate outcome that left me out of money for the plane ticket.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Annual service interval, and service advisor told me a specific $900 service is "required" at 4 years/40k miles. After review of the maintenance schedule, the service is never mentioned in the life of the vehicle. Not happy with this level of scam. Even worse, when I picked my car up, the Service Manager Frank glared at me repeatedly as though he was mad at me. I'll never bring my car hot Camelback VW again. They've lost a customer for good.

Had to wait for two hrs to get an oil change,though I had an appointment not too customer friendly as it used to be two years ago

Not very good. I was told rear view mirror was repaired but this was not the case. We had car detailed, but they didn't even get the windshield completely clean.
