I needed to drop my car off earlier than my appointment time and they didn't mind at all. The communication was very easy through text and email. They were very thorough with my car inspection and the wait time.
I was pleased with the excellent service. My only comment to Robert was I was surprised that it took nearly 4 hours to complete the service.
I had agood experience with Lee and my most recent service. However, my previous experience with "Frank" was horrible. I was hesitant about returning to get my car serviced, I returned because of the warranty. But, I was pleased with the service I received from Lee.
I was impressed with Michelle's knowledge. She wrote down what i previously purchased and dates as well as informed me about prepay oil changes which I didn't know about.
Service advisor was great! Service was perfect. The service was completed in a timely manor and was perfect
I really liked the service employees were very nice. And Brandon went out of his way to explain things and make me feel comfortable.. everyone should follow his example.
