Izaiah met me for my first service appt with the new truck. I was a bit frustrated with some issues with the tundra but he talked me through everything and helped me understand the process, warranty, etc. My only negative feedback is with the finance or sales side who told me the platinum warranty covers everything. Well, reality is it doesn’t cover brakes (or other consumables). The tundra only has 11k miles and the rotors are already warping and need replacing.
