Titus was as previously, very attentive to detail and answered all questions. He even went further checking out a question for which he did not initially know the answer. The first fellow employee he asked did not know the answer but he kept asking until he was able to get a satisfactory answer.
Care and understanding of the service advisor, they were able to complete the recall during the regular maintenance service.
