I was buying the vehicle from out of state. At least 4 different people were contacting me about the used car I was buying. We agreed on terms and had finalized contract. Then we scheduled a time to pick it up. After I got there they kept me waiting for at least 2 hours while they made various minor tweaks to contract and detailed the car I was buying. Overall was frustrated.

I bought my car from a Carmax dealership and immediately brought it here afterwards for a multipoint inspection. Travis R got me checked in and made the process really smooth. I came back a few weeks later after discussing with Carmax and got whatever issues I had fixer. Yet another smooth process. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable. We were directed to Camelback Toyota through our membership. In minutes Eddie gave us a call and we had a meeting set next day. In the meeting we let him know that we wanted Sienna in white color. He had none in stock however mentioned it will be arriving in 7 days. The car came however by the time we got there the car was sold.
