Chase was amazing! He helped schedule an appointment on my way to Camelback after another Toyota dealership in Scottsdale turned me down as a walk-in. Chase was very thorough and detailed in explaining what maintenance services my Toyota Corolla needed. Great customer service all around! Switching my car services over to this location moving forward.
This dealership was extremely helpful immediately. They were closing on a Friday night and they were able to squeeze me in to change my battery before closing. Titus was extremely helpful, I will be back!

Took my 2026 Land Cruiser in for first oil change and tire rotation, the vehicle was in and out in 30mins, best Toyota service experience ever! Travis was my service advisor, he is absolutely amazing and professional.
Car had to go for maintenance and I ended having to leave my car for the weekend. Mauro took care of me. Got me a rental and had my car ready for me exactly when he said he would. Great customer service. Thank you Mauro
Friendly sales people. There were some glitches in delivering my car, however the Manager, George, stepped up and did all he could to make things right. He seemed to really care about me as a client. The time spent in the finance office was agonizing....it took forever and the sometimes incoherent speech pattern of the finance woman was annoying.
Awesome experience. Fred Macias made our buying experience smooth and simple. Will definitely be buying from them again!
This is the 2nd car i bought here. The first being almost 10 years ago. The level of customer service I receive here vs other nearby dealer was immense. Toyota goes above and beyond to work with me to ensure I got the car I liked and have financing that works for me. I’ll be back in 10 years!
Everyone was very nice and 5 stars until I bought the car. Unfortunately I needed to bring my car back to them for a couple times for a maintenance issue and it went downhill from there. I thought I finally found “the right” dealer but it was a disappointing experience overall.
