we called Lisa on the vw bug and she was very nice to work with. she called me back very time i had a question about the car, she also emailed us with the book value of the car to give to our bank , and yes i would buy again from Lisa Garcia at the dealership by the way we really like the car thanks Lisa

My wife saw a 2007 Acura RDX on Trader.com listed at Camelback Toyota and contacted Lisa Garcia. I drove to Phoenix from Sierra Vista AZ to look at the car. Very good car and what we wanted. Lisa was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend her. I was not impressed with the cleaniness of the car and had to ask twice to have it cleaned. I had an awesome experience at Camelback Toyota. It was actually a fun experience!! Jim Underwood is an excellent salesman. He does not make you feel like you are being pushed into anything, and he lets you take as much time as you need to talk it over. He is not in a rush. I am very happy with the vehicle i bought from there. They are GREAT!!

Searched for a Toyota Corolla online. Called and spoke with internet sales rep Lisa Garcia. She was very nice and stated she would be expecting me that day. When I got to Camelback Toyota and worked with Lisa, she was so personable, did not do a hard sell on me and fully discussed and disclosed everything I needed to know about the car I wanted to purchase. Got an e-mail offer that I Liked and told them the terms in which I would purchase and they meeet my very strict criteria. They also stayed after the dealership closed to finish the deal and didn't rush us out the door because it was late. I started using Camelback Toyota because of the excellent job Jose in their service department dose. Needless to say I'll be back.

Can't remember names of the actual salesman or the finance person, but they and Nancy assisted us on the purchase of a new Toyota Prius. They we're willing to work with us for the best possible pricing and financing options, showed us all the features of the new vehicle and answered our many questions. It was a great experience and went way quicker than we were expecting! Would definately recommend the dealership.

Service Department - Kind and Courteous. Jim Underwood Service Department - Kind and Courteous. Jim Underwood - Very helpful, informative, and honest which made the whole car buying experience so much smoother and easier. He was very respectful and was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this dealer and employee in the future. They were great at figuring out a way for the price on the lease to be more reasonable and worked well with my schedule. They answered any questions I had.

i liked the people i had to deal with. i found a used 2010 toyota on vehix.com and called the dealer which had it advertised and made an appointment to see it. i test drove the car and was about to leave and the manager directed the salesperson to mention the 0% apr for 60 months...i ended up in a new 2011 camry for very little more than the 2010 camry.
