Would not recommend. I purchased a used vehicle knowing the side mirror had to be replaced. It took nearly 3 months to get the replacement done. I had to consistently call Andre in the service department to follow up. He was not proactive and indifferent. At one point he asked me to send him a photo of the piece that needed to be replaced. I did (even though the dealership should have had that on record since they sold the car..). I had a very disappointing experience with CamelBak Toyota. I was told they would honor a specific price on a vehicle, so I went in for a test drive and asked for the paperwork to move forward. After waiting with no follow-up, I had to call them myself, only to be told by the manager that the price the sales representative gave me was not something they could actually offer. This kind of miscommunication and wasting a customer’s time is unacceptable. I expected more transparency and professionalism.

The actual sales and purchase experience was good and my sales person, Karim, was very helpful and treated me very well. However, a week after buying my 2021 Tundra, I noticed the brakes were squealing and found out from my mechanic that the truck needed the rear rotors replaced. However, when I reached back to the sales team and the dealership to see if they would help me fix that. Which seems to be the right thing to do even though it’s a used vehicle. dont bother with this dealership. They try and drag you into their dealership because they won't give you a price online or over the phone. After several weeks I say I don't want their dealer addons ($2700 of non value stuff). Manager says ok they can make it work and schedules an appointment. They tell me the car will be there Monday. He wanted me first thing Monday but I explain I have work, I can go in the afternoon. I get there and have to wait 30 minutes when I had an appointment.
