I recently purchased a vehicle from Camelback Toyota and paid in full. Unfortunately, my experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. First, they refused to give me a copy of my contract at the time of purchase and promised to email it. Despite multiple calls and texts over several weeks, I never received it, and still waiting. The actual sales and purchase experience was good and my sales person, Karim, was very helpful and treated me very well. However, a week after buying my 2021 Tundra, I noticed the brakes were squealing and found out from my mechanic that the truck needed the rear rotors replaced. However, when I reached back to the sales team and the dealership to see if they would help me fix that. Which seems to be the right thing to do even though it’s a used vehicle. dont bother with this dealership. They try and drag you into their dealership because they won't give you a price online or over the phone. After several weeks I say I don't want their dealer addons ($2700 of non value stuff). Manager says ok they can make it work and schedules an appointment. They tell me the car will be there Monday. He wanted me first thing Monday but I explain I have work, I can go in the afternoon. I get there and have to wait 30 minutes when I had an appointment. If I were permitted to rate this dealer a negative five, I would do so. Avoid this dealership at all costs. I called them about a Tundra and asked if they had it in stock since i was coming from Carefree Az. The salesman Austin said ,he was looking at it andit was in beautiful shape and asked when we can come see it. We told him we would be there in about 40 minutes, he texted us 2 times and said he would meet us, and the car would be brought to the front. Poor service. Upselling the services when they are not required. I Asked for the tires to be rotated and it wasn’t done. Had a noise coming from the brake system. They did not diagnose the problem. Would not recommend this dealership.

Dealership was decent and mark-up is less than most. We bought our Sienna in Nov '23 and love it. Unfortunately, we were let down with unmet promises - leaving with the car same day and a $300 discount from Leroy that we gave up on after following up via text and phone call 6 times with varying reasons that management was not sending it, it got lost, etc. He even conned us into giving him a 5 star rating as "it was the last one he needed for the month to meet his sales quota".
