All was good except,again, they overinflated my tires. Should be at 32 psi. Saw that they were 39 as I drove off the lot.
I have no problem with the service center, I do have a problem with the sales department and salesman that I worked with on purchasing a vehicle as we were in to get another vehicle service. Based on my interaction with him, we will never purchase another vehicle at Camelback Toyota.
Update-02/23/205 - The had my truck for 48 hours and the issue has not been resolved but Andre from the shop tech was nice enough to tell me they are not going to do any additional work to resolve the issue. I was really hoping for a good experience, but I’m beyond disappointed. Levi was nice, and Chris assured me that the used Tundra I bought was in good shape, with only a few minor issues they promised to fix. Yet here I am, over two weeks later, having wasted 16 hours dropping off the truck, and the problem is still unres... read more

Worst experience ever had buying a new car never got a test drive kept at dealership over 4 hours did not get car till next day late not the time I had told them I would be home not shown how to operate anything in the car still trying to read book on my own to operate options. Never again

Overall, I am not happy with Camelback Toyota. So far, one dept doesn't seem to know what the other is doing. I was incorrectly charged for the service I received. Originally, the service documents stated NC (no charge) on my service documents. Later, I was being asked to pay over $200 what I eventually paid the dealer. From this experience and the purchasing experience of my 2023 Tundra, I doubt I will be using Camelback Toyota service dept to service my truck. I need more components in my life.
