The staffs are very kind and friendly. However, the room was not clean. The area where the air blows out of the AC/heater unit seemed dirty. The toilet was not cleaned and found 2 small roaches crawling in the bathroom. We paid extra for a higher floor & city view but the city view was the view of the next building. The only reason I gave 3 out of 5 ratings is the friendly staffs.
Good NYC place Nice clean room; good appliances and full kitchen; space to walk around inside the room. Staff was very friendly but few in number. Location was excellent.
The staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. My room had no heat because the heater was not working. It was blowing cold air. I called the desk and the sent the technician and he replaced the old heater with a brand new heater. They were very accommodating and understanding.
Convenient location, staff are helpful and attentive. Amenities could use upgrades.
Lamentable los ascensores
Candlewood Suites An OK Place 1 elevator functioning for 31 floors. It was nice the hotel gives out bottled water and has coffee avialable in the lobby
Okay Positives: The hotel is in a great location & we walked to many of the main sites. The bed was decently comfortable, the room was pretty quiet and it was great to have a full kitchen! Negatives: Kitchen was not well stocked, missing basic utensils, some plates & glasses. We had to ask for dish soap & washcloths. We were there for 5 nights & did not “qualify” for service for our room. On the third day we requested towel change & trash pickup… this took several hours & a follow up call.
