As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist denied there was a deposit paid under our name and asked us for the full payment of the rooms. While we were arguing about the problem, I received an SMS which said that my credit card had just been charged for the whole amount of the room. This transaction was effected by the receptionist herself without any request of consent. I only realized it thanks to the message I received. Our toilet broke whilst we were staying, causing the bowl to overflow and flood the bathroom, the hallway and into the carpet of the main area, and the staff showed no urgency to fix it, and not only that, once we returned to our room later that day it was still broken and it remained broken for the remainder of our stay, which made the room stink and caused extreme discomfort. We were going to review as a "fine" hotel, just a place to sleep. It was dirty, the curtains were with huge stains, the heater/ac had a thick layer of dirt, mold in the bathroom, chair massively broken, unusable. What made us feel violated and awful was the fact after asking them to not enter in our room, they did anyway, left a mess, yes, mess! Trash on the floor, on the bed and on the counter. Serviço ruim mas quarto confortável Nao limpam o quarto, nem retiram o lixo ou trocam as toalhas diariamente. A porta do banheiro não fechava. A torneira da banheira estava vazando enquanto o chuveiro estava ligado e não consertaram. Wi-Fi péssimo! Cobraram um caução de 100 dólares no check in no cartão sem nos avisar. Quarto é amplo e confortável. Possui fogão, micro-ondas e lava louças, além de itens básicos de cozinha.
