Pet owners need... (Verified Renter) Pet owners need to be more responsible for the sanitation rules especially around the buildings and the wonderful "green belt" forests.

Thank you for the great review! We are so lucky to have so many hiking trails and greenbelts around us. Although we do pick up grounds daily and ensure pet stations are stalked with dog bags, we too get frustrated when owners do not pick up after their pets. If you see a certain area that needs extra attention, please let me know.
There are still... (Verified Renter) There are still several issues that are not well addressed. For example people that have pets do not clean after their dogs do their needs. There are feces everywhere in the green areas. At this point they should be charging all of them for this and assigning someone to be cleaning their mess. Nothing as done yet!
Is a bit... (Verified Renter) Is a bit pricey for the age of the apartment. The kitchen appliances were low grade and there is no microwave which is a problem in a small kitchen. There were issues with the roof leaking. Otherwise I liked the location and overall layout of the grounds and the general layout of the apartment. Parking is a real problem. In areas the parking spaces were far too small often causing a stressful experience.
Personnel is great... (Verified Renter) Personnel is great its the cheap bulk materials like the the painted cabinets and counters in kitchen and bathroom that make me avoid recommending this place, everything else in apartment is upgraded reasonably so I dont understand why these features can not.
Small things get... (Verified Renter) Small things get fixed, big things take a year or more. For example, the refrigerator in our current apartment was freezing everything. Had several different maintenance folks in, nobody could agree. They all tried some things, some said there was nothing wrong. (Frozen lettuce, need I say more?) All in all, it took a year to be taken care of. If I had been renting the refrigerator from a company, I never would have tolerated that. It's less than ideal.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this apartment community because of your location, the apartment is comfortable and very friendly neighborhood. I would not recommend due to kitchen appliances are too old in comparison with other communities. Cleaning services for common areas is very poor !!

Terrible property management Although the units themselves are nice and spacious, the management is terrible. They have recently changed to 'Steadfast Management' which has decreased our opinion. The management is often rude, they frequently forgot to place maintenance orders and there is no follow up. The office is often closed when the hours posted say it is open. Initially, this was... (Verified Renter) Initially, this was a hidden gem. But rents have gone up so much that it's harder to do so. I also tell anyone that's interested that if they can't get a garage, don't move here because of the parking problems.
