Terrible property management Although the units themselves are nice and spacious, the management is terrible. They have recently changed to 'Steadfast Management' which has decreased our opinion. The management is often rude, they frequently forgot to place maintenance orders and there is no follow up. The office is often closed when the hours posted say it is open. Initially, this was... (Verified Renter) Initially, this was a hidden gem. But rents have gone up so much that it's harder to do so. I also tell anyone that's interested that if they can't get a garage, don't move here because of the parking problems.
Great Apartment and Location, Horrible New Owners I moved into this apartment complex 5 years ago from California. They were not prepared for us and were in the middle of renovating the guest bathroom, but otherwise it was alright. I love the location and the area, which is pretty calm despite being right off Capital of Texas Highway. If you’re planning to move here do yourself a favor and don’t. The property is old has been very very poorly maintained. When we moved in the apartment was not ready. The washer and dryer were not working. Neither was the dishwasher. The kitchen sink had a leak and the cold ant hot water had been plugged incorrectly . The master bathroom had one linen closet covered in black mold. There was mold in the shower. The shower head was broken. The closet doors in one of the bedrooms was curved significantly.
