Could not be happier with the whole process from the quote process, through the construction and the final cleanup. Nothing was left to chance with continual contact between the contractor and the homeowner from scheduling through the final walk through process. I built homes back in the 70s and these guys are pros!
All in all, I was not happy with Capital Construction. They quoted my windows incorrectly from the beginning, then added on to the quote before starting the work and bullied me into signing an additional work order because they already ordered the windows and wouldn’t do the work unless I paid them more. They also did additional siding work and charged me extra without my agreeing to the terms beforehand. My case isn't closed yet, and there have been a lot of unexpected expenses.
The way they left my yard, I would not recommend the company. They left plastic all around my yard.
Lost confidence with Capital Construction
Quality of work is good but very overpriced. Other contractors charge substantially less for the same work.
