Once upon a time there was a little Chevrolet dealership that just didn't give a crap. Quickly let's take a tour while there is still something to take a tour of. If you look to your right you'll see a service wing that takes three weeks to complete basic car maintenance. On your left is a customer relations department that is all too happy to route your call around until you are asked to leave voicemails that are never returned, and let's be honest, probably never checked to begin with. After spending 2k on rentals and ubers after drop off and waiting 2 weeks for a service engine light - personally making three visits, no return calls, texts or responses as promised and and shockingly no estimate was even prepared, I was asked to wait additionally for a recall on the airbag and decided to give up. Had I not come and got my truck, I fear it would have never been addressed - all as rental fees piled up b/c loaners are no longer convenient for the dealership.
