Took my car in for a diagnostic test came back a bad o2 sensor. While checking that they claimed I had a radiator leak so that was replaced. paid for my vehicle around noon today and came back for it around 7ish noticed a puddle of radiator fluid on the ground on top of that my right headlight wasn't clipped back in so my light was out. Shout out to Josewho was still there and able to reconnect my headlight and re-clamp my radiator hose.
At the dealership with a 9:00am appointment for an simple oil change still here at 1pm cause some d|}^F dropped the ball omg ran out of oil. My brother in law just left the dealership and paid fo a tire rotation made it all the way home and noticed his tires were never rotated. I bet this sorry sloppy management crew is going to try to blame this one on COVID
$50k BAIT AND SWITCH. Literally. BUYER BEWARE. On June 1st, 2021 I put down a $1,000 deposit to be placed on the list to build and purchase a C8 Z06 at MSRP. Took my car to Capitol yesterday for a 45,000 mile checkup, oil change, and new filters. While there I agreed to a coolant and transmission flush. There were no issues with my car, no warning lights on when I arrived there. Upon my return home, I noticed a steady check engine warning on my dashboard. Worst experience in attempting to buy a car. They are the shadiest dealer I've ever visited. 1. I was communicating with their rep. Noe Bazán He gave me a price for the vehicle I was going to purchase . I arrive test drive the car and agree to move forward. 2 value on my vehicle is 49,500 trade in. I purchased several vehicles from Capitol over the years and did so again with the promotion of free oil changes for life. I have had no issues having it changed when recommended until today. After work was completed the Tech advised I owe $106.00. When I informed I've received past changes as their promised during signing she stated that management has changed that and things are different now. Purchasing the car was great - great sales team; but the service department is the WORST! You can't get a hold of anyone - they either hang up or will not return your calls. The first service I had there shortly after purchasing my car, they had replaced my transmission with the incorrect part - this service was six weeks long and they used the wrong part - I had to take it back for them to correct their error - more time without a car. Went to look at new trucks today because I found one on their website that was really nice for mid 50's. When I get there they tell me it's $76k. I look at their offer and deny it and leave. Double check the website to be sure it was the correct truck and it was. Text my salesperson and sent him a picture of the online price and he tells me that the cost is before the upgrades. Where do I start? I purchased my vehicle in December, it's 2021 Silverado every time I've taken it in for routine maintenance including an oil change they say it'll be about 8 hours, you'd think if you scheduled an appointment it'd be faster than that.
