Decided to purchase the warranty. Bad idea. I was told this warranty covers all repairs listed in the contract. I spent over $6,000 to get my Lexus in great shape so when i did get the warranty i would not have any issues or discrepancy with the warranty company. 2-3 months later, my transfer or front diff went, motor/transmission mounts, and oil pan gasket leak. Fake Warranty. Does NOT pay for any repair. I totally waste 3 months of payment for the PREMIUM PLAN. First of all, congrats to all the tellers because they are very well trained to tell you everything you want to hear when you are about to buy the plan. Does not work now a timely fashion with repair shop and sends out adjusters even for small jobs and take 24 to 48 hour for them to arrive . Then to submit there info to company take almost whole business day so look to be without your vehicle for 3 to 5 days
