If you don’t have any experience in medical field, I highly recommend that you get someone who has experience in medical fields to go with you if you are going to see the so called sports doctor who couldn’t give any tangible reasons who he wants to refer me to a physical therapist and why he gave me a knee brace when he saw one on my knee. MRI results clearly indicates that there was a meniscus tear yet he couldn’t mention it because he wants to please their employer at the detriment of the patient.

Care station of west orange DOES NOT TAKE THE (MINIMAL TIME) to call their patients back and tell them their results of strep tests...they say they will call you and let you know (they NEVER do) Farm animals get faster results than people at Care Station of West Orange
Walked in and waited for about 10 minutes because the 2 workers were helping someone & the other was doing busy work. When I finally got their attention I was asked if I signed in, I was never told to sign in anywhere nor were there any signs. The sign in clipboard was at the very last desk, it would make more sense to be at the first desk. Terrible - I don’t think I’ve ever gone to the West Orange office and had less than an hour long wait to see the doctor for less than 5 minutes. Even when they call me in from the waiting room, they just put me in another room to wait for another 30-60 minutes “until an exam room opens up.” Dr. Wassef’s exam amounts to “do you smoke?” No. “Are you exercising?” Yes. On June 18, 2021 I was not feeling well, it was after 6pm so I went to the Care Station, 456 Prospect Avenue, West Orange, NJ 07052. I have been going to this facility for the last year with the same complaints, but I am always given medication and told to go on my way. Last night was different. The one doctor on staff and the staff was trying to get out and go home. This is the most fraudulent facility I’ve ever witnessed first they charge $165 to take a rapid test that isn’t rapid as a self pay patient my lab work was in house and they tell me 72 hours then they claim you need to see a physician to determine the type of test you need to take lol “lies” because they test you then the unqualified pregnant woman comes in and ask you to breathe in and out then the patient portal doesn’t work on top of the fact I waited for 9 hours no exaggeration to be seen thumbs down a sham
Walked in at 9:30 with my child who had a fever and aches and a stiff neck on a Saturday. Didn’t get registered until 10:30. Then had to fill out paperwork while people who came after me got registered before me. Was taken to the exam room at 11:00. Then we waited more. At 11:30 I asked if we’d been forgotten about. A Dr. looked up our name in the system to see who was supposed to be treating us. Couldn’t find what he was looking for so he decided to treat us. Dr.s bedside manner and communication skills left a lot to be desired. Rest of staff were pleasant.
