Horrrible. Won't ever be coming back. Incompetent doctor. Came in complaining of sore throats and never even checked my neck for swollen glands. Just treated me with antibiotic. Not even sure I had strep. Was sick all week.felt like a fake doctor!

Went in for sore throat. Doctor never even checked my glands or chest. Prescribed antibiotic .and not so sure if my illness wasn't viral. Was sick for a week. Would never go back there again.

The doctor comes in for two seconds and makes you feel like nothing is getting done. None of the staff really know what is going on. It’s a very unprofessional atmosphere. I hear the staff talk about patients in a rude way as if no one is around them to hear. The staff didn’t even know how to give me a copy of the physical I needed and they forgot to get my consent on vaccine/blood work.

I had to wait 2 hours before I was brought to the Physician's room. Then on top of that, I had to wait another hour before I saw the Physician. I mean all she had to do was look at my ear and see that it was clearly infected, but no !!! She then tried to make me stay longer by having me wait for a strep test, but it gets better, I waited for another 45 mins only to be told that she had cancelled the strep test. - keep in mind the only way I found out about it being cancelled was after I left the room to tell the nurse I had ... read more

I am new to New Jersey, and I patronize Care Station Group in hopes that it was a place of integrity. It is disconcerting for me to have carefully expressed my problems and concerns to PA Johanna, and have her assure me that she would call in the prescriptions I requested only to go to the pharmacist four times, and the prescriptions were not ever called in. The wait is too long, even with a scheduled appointment
I visited the clinic late Sunday afternoon. The doctor told me he was calling in a prescription to CVS. CVS pharmacy was closed and I could not get the prescription. I called the clinic 2x leaving messages, hoping they could provide an alternate solution. Unfortunately no one ever called me back.
The service was terrible you made me wait entirely too long to give me the results of my EKG if I had been having a heart attack it would’ve been really bad why did I have to wait so long and not come out until the waiting area and the doctors were just sitting around what are you going to give me more test than necessary such as a stress test so I left no one tried to stop me to give me the results of my EKG and the doctor just looked at me as I walked out .
