If you don’t have any experience in medical field, I highly recommend that you get someone who has experience in medical fields to go with you if you are going to see the so called sports doctor who couldn’t give any tangible reasons who he wants to refer me to a physical therapist and why he gave me a knee brace when he saw one on my knee. MRI results clearly indicates that there was a meniscus tear yet he couldn’t mention it because he wants to please their employer at the detriment of the patient.

This is the worst facility I have ever been to. Staff is incompetent. Wait to get in is hours. Never called me back with test results. Did not know what “medical clearance even meant” or what to do. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Care station of west orange DOES NOT TAKE THE (MINIMAL TIME) to call their patients back and tell them their results of strep tests...they say they will call you and let you know (they NEVER do) Farm animals get faster results than people at Care Station of West Orange
Walked in and waited for about 10 minutes because the 2 workers were helping someone & the other was doing busy work. When I finally got their attention I was asked if I signed in, I was never told to sign in anywhere nor were there any signs. The sign in clipboard was at the very last desk, it would make more sense to be at the first desk. Terrible - I don’t think I’ve ever gone to the West Orange office and had less than an hour long wait to see the doctor for less than 5 minutes. Even when they call me in from the waiting room, they just put me in another room to wait for another 30-60 minutes “until an exam room opens up.” Dr. Wassef’s exam amounts to “do you smoke?” No. “Are you exercising?” Yes. Do. Not. Come. Here. This place is a complete and utter waste of time. Made my appointment for 6pm. Arrived 20 minutes before and was checked in and ready 5 minutes before my set appointment time. Several other people who arrived after me were called while I was left waiting. Asked the nurse (Alexis - who the doctor identified her as) who was calling people back what was going on as I had been waiting and even walk-ins were seen before me and she had the biggest attitude.
