I am extremely disappointed and urge anyone who is thinking of going to this urgent care facility: DON'T!!!! I was referred to this facility by RWJ. The receptionists were the most unprofessional ladies I've ever encountered. All they did was talk to each other, and the 3 times I went to ask them a question, they didn't even let me finish and directed me to use the Kiosk. Just because of my insurance using deductible ,over charged for my 5-min doctor visit, and most people are with unprofessionally bad attitude, I never want to use their service again. The office nurse keep asking me to have pee tested even if I just need check my blood pressure.

I will never conduct or refer anyone this place. Waited for over 3hrs to be seen by a Physician. Horrible service . There is a self kiosk with no clear instructions that you have to check in using kiosks. No form of urgency.

If you don’t have any experience in medical field, I highly recommend that you get someone who has experience in medical fields to go with you if you are going to see the so called sports doctor who couldn’t give any tangible reasons who he wants to refer me to a physical therapist and why he gave me a knee brace when he saw one on my knee. MRI results clearly indicates that there was a meniscus tear yet he couldn’t mention it because he wants to please their employer at the detriment of the patient.

This is the worst facility I have ever been to. Staff is incompetent. Wait to get in is hours. Never called me back with test results. Did not know what “medical clearance even meant” or what to do. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Care station of west orange DOES NOT TAKE THE (MINIMAL TIME) to call their patients back and tell them their results of strep tests...they say they will call you and let you know (they NEVER do) Farm animals get faster results than people at Care Station of West Orange
