I visited the clinic late Sunday afternoon. The doctor told me he was calling in a prescription to CVS. CVS pharmacy was closed and I could not get the prescription. I called the clinic 2x leaving messages, hoping they could provide an alternate solution. Unfortunately no one ever called me back.

The service was terrible you made me wait entirely too long to give me the results of my EKG if I had been having a heart attack it would’ve been really bad why did I have to wait so long and not come out until the waiting area and the doctors were just sitting around what are you going to give me more test than necessary such as a stress test so I left no one tried to stop me to give me the results of my EKG and the doctor just looked at me as I walked out .

3 people in the office & it took 1 hour to be seen & another hour to see a doctor but was seen by pa/c ?

I was seen by the doctor in a good time. I was given a prescription that helped my upper respiratory infection.

Patient reps should really not be addressing patients as “hon.” It’s unprofessional.

Came in after a rash for a few days on My Butt and talk about Medication.......Been seeing Dr Julio Diaz for quite a few Years and He’s Great ..... A down to earth understanding Man

Sat for 40 min without any communication or update that scheduled appt would be late. No excuse to not have staff inform of late appt when checking in or call ahead of time or ignore when waiting for long periods in waiting room.

Arrived 3pm for a 4pm appointment just so I could be waited on “ON TIME” and was in waiting room until 4:40. Was taken to the patient’s room and had another 30 minute wait for the Dr. Once Dr arrived, In 40 minutes I had a Dr. exam, blood work, an EKG, and a B12 shot. Staff and Dr. was excellent and courteous. The wait times were awful!!! If I had come 1 hr and 40 min late for the appointment I would have been told to reschedule!!!!!
