Terrible - I don’t think I’ve ever gone to the West Orange office and had less than an hour long wait to see the doctor for less than 5 minutes. Even when they call me in from the waiting room, they just put me in another room to wait for another 30-60 minutes “until an exam room opens up.” Dr. Wassef’s exam amounts to “do you smoke?” No. “Are you exercising?” Yes. Do. Not. Come. Here. This place is a complete and utter waste of time. Made my appointment for 6pm. Arrived 20 minutes before and was checked in and ready 5 minutes before my set appointment time. Several other people who arrived after me were called while I was left waiting. Asked the nurse (Alexis - who the doctor identified her as) who was calling people back what was going on as I had been waiting and even walk-ins were seen before me and she had the biggest attitude. I really can’t give my opinion on any one particular doctor because I don't believe I will be able to wait 1 1/2 days. I thought urgent care is urgent care. I phoned urgent care to possibly obtain an appointment to determine a possible DVT. I was given a appointment for 2 days later.

On June 18, 2021 I was not feeling well, it was after 6pm so I went to the Care Station, 456 Prospect Avenue, West Orange, NJ 07052. I have been going to this facility for the last year with the same complaints, but I am always given medication and told to go on my way. Last night was different. The one doctor on staff and the staff was trying to get out and go home. This is the most fraudulent facility I’ve ever witnessed first they charge $165 to take a rapid test that isn’t rapid as a self pay patient my lab work was in house and they tell me 72 hours then they claim you need to see a physician to determine the type of test you need to take lol “lies” because they test you then the unqualified pregnant woman comes in and ask you to breathe in and out then the patient portal doesn’t work on top of the fact I waited for 9 hours no exaggeration to be seen thumbs down a sham

I went to the Care Station in Linden NJ for covid-19 test. I noticed the people in the front were not as accommodating compared to the other urgent cares I've been to. I have a very unpleasant conversation with the Operator on August 22, 2020, by the name of Ashley, for my test results and she has no customer service at all, the way she conducted herself while I was talking to her. Her behavior was unacceptable and needs to be followed-up by the station manager.
