Went in for sore throat. Doctor never even checked my glands or chest. Prescribed antibiotic .and not so sure if my illness wasn't viral. Was sick for a week. Would never go back there again.

The doctor comes in for two seconds and makes you feel like nothing is getting done. None of the staff really know what is going on. It’s a very unprofessional atmosphere. I hear the staff talk about patients in a rude way as if no one is around them to hear. The staff didn’t even know how to give me a copy of the physical I needed and they forgot to get my consent on vaccine/blood work.

I had a 5pm appointment and was not seen until 5:45. I had to ask why i was waiting so long. As soon as I asked I was called in. 45 minute wait for a 7 minute consult. Not good
The reason why I am giving this place 1 star is because of the wait time. Regardless of whether you have an appointment or walk in the average wait time in the lobby is an hour then another 30-40 minutes to see the doctor once inside the examination room. The doctors are great, but the intake staff need customer service training. They are not welcoming.

I had to wait 2 hours before I was brought to the Physician's room. Then on top of that, I had to wait another hour before I saw the Physician. I mean all she had to do was look at my ear and see that it was clearly infected, but no !!! She then tried to make me stay longer by having me wait for a strep test, but it gets better, I waited for another 45 mins only to be told that she had cancelled the strep test. - keep in mind the only way I found out about it being cancelled was after I left the room to tell the nurse I had ... read more

Good atención But too many messages and calls after we done with check up
I hated the service. I was in pain and the doctor ever send the medince to the pharmacy. I called the the first desk lady gave me an attitude. I change my doctor anyway . Thank you
