Walked in at 9:30 with my child who had a fever and aches and a stiff neck on a Saturday. Didn’t get registered until 10:30. Then had to fill out paperwork while people who came after me got registered before me. Was taken to the exam room at 11:00. Then we waited more. At 11:30 I asked if we’d been forgotten about. A Dr. looked up our name in the system to see who was supposed to be treating us. Couldn’t find what he was looking for so he decided to treat us. Dr.s bedside manner and communication skills left a lot to be desired. Rest of staff were pleasant.
The dr made me very uncomfortable. I felt as if my concerns weren’t very important to him

The billing clerks need a grounding in the ins and outs of varying medical plans
Wait too long for appointment was at 8 wasn’t signed in till 8:15 then finally taken by 8:25
It was nice I signed in 5 min later I was with nurse taking vitals 10/15 min later I got yelled by doctor ( for good reason I had not been taking care of my self- blood pressure way to high still ) and soon after I was driving home 👌
The waiting period was too long... when I signed in registration desk advised 30-40 minute wait... I was ok with the wait time... but it took an hour and 40 minutes to be sent in to be seen. An hour over estimated time is ridiculous.

Horrrible. Won't ever be coming back. Incompetent doctor. Came in complaining of sore throats and never even checked my neck for swollen glands. Just treated me with antibiotic. Not even sure I had strep. Was sick all week.felt like a fake doctor!

First at the approach, Signed in On time for my appointment. There was heavy rush of patients waiting for their turn. I had no problem giving them the opportunity , since waiting was little long.
