Our dog was attacked by two dogs, not on leash, and then hit buy a care. The front office staff was AMAZING. Both Hailey and Hannah kept us calm and reassured during the entire process. Dr. Sarah Haring was thorough and compassionate providing the highest level of care anyone could possibly ask for. The overall care and concern during this traumatic event was beyond exceptional, Our dog is resting comfortably and expected to make a full recovery. We thank the staff at the CARE Hospital for their OUTSTANDING service.

There has recently been a story on Facebook about CARE that is not very flattering. I can only report on my experiences with CARE and the two times I have had to use them, I have been very happy with their services and the care and respect they have shown for both me and my pets. The most recent was when my cat had an allergic reaction to a routine vaccination given by my primary vet. This reaction was also very rare and CARE treated and then diagnosed the problem. My elderly chihuahua always liked to do things the hard way, so it wasn’t surprising that she decided her time to go was right at 5:00 on a weekday, when our regular vet was closed. I’m so thankful CARE is 5 minutes away and were able to help her feel comfortable in her last moments. Obviously it was one of the worst days of my life, but the doctor and staff were as warm and helpful as they could be. I really miss my girl. I had to take my elderly dog in due to being severally ill. I was told there were animals ahead of her but she was triaged immediately. Dr. Peterson is very compassionate and explained everything. I was given itemized cost of everything before it was done so that I could decide if I could afford it. The staff kept in touch with me the entire time my dog was with them. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Even with the circumstances that happened and my dog Skittles not making it, I have never dealt with nicer and such a compassionate group of vets and techs and everyone that works here. I will still come back for whatever needs I may have for my other pets. I just wanted to be sure to send a big thank you for everyone who helped in the care of my baby boy and for being so wonderful from the very beginning.
