Dr. McConnell has taken care of my rescued dog Lola for the past year and a half. She had been plagued with abdominal distress four to five times a week, waking and crying, in the middle of the night. After an endoscopy and biopsy, Lola was placed on a few medicines that have kept her pain free since then! I am extremely happy with the care provided by Dr. McConnell but also the wonderful staff! We are so lucky to have this wonderful practice nearby! Susan Clutz

Business response:

Mrs. Clutz, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a kind review regarding your experience at our hospital and our wonderful staff. Please let us know if your family needs anything else. We are happy to hear that Lola is pain free and doing well!

This is a very caring place. They aren’t our regular vet, but they’re great in emergency situations and always take the time to explain things to you. I would definitely recommend them.

Business response:

Excellent and caring staff. We took our dog in today for a scare with a knocked out tooth, and the doctor and staff were fast to evaluate, kind, and honest. They even refused unnecessarily treatment that may have caused our dog more grief, and we weren't charged for the evaluation, which they were within their professional right to ask for, and we would have gladly paid. Thanks so much for the peace of mind over our dog's well being!

Business response:

Scott, we are grateful for your kind words. Thanks for sharing your review with us and the community. We hope that your dog is continuing to do well!

On 12/06/19 my husband and I had to take our German Shepherd into the emergency vet due to difficulty breathing. We brought him in and we were triaged fairly shortly. Within about 20 minutes we were seen by Dr. Dryburg who explained our dog had a fever of 105 and it was fairly high. With nothing else to go on being that his heart sounded great and pulse was good, Dr. Dryburg came up with a medical plan of supportive support which meant giving fluids, oxygen, antibiotics, run a variety of tests, and do x-rays. We were given t... read more

Extremely kind and caring folks. Took my little pup in immediately and started working on her before the paperwork was even started.

I just want to take a minute to thank the amazing staff at the emergency vet for taking such good care of our pup earlier this evening - after she got in a loosing battle in the yard and her whole face swelled up and eyes were almost fully shut! Within minutes of us getting there they immediately took her back and gave her a steroid (after Benadryl didn’t work) and within the hour she was 100 times better! Thank you again

When you’re in a bind, this is a decent place to go. If you’re in a true emergency, I’d go to another animal hospital because their wait time is very, very long. We arrived at 920pm. We didn’t leave until 350am. All my dog needed was stitches. There were two other animals ahead of us. There were only two Doctors and I’d want to say 4 techs when we arrived but then it was just two it looked like by 11. They examined our dog fairly quickly. But because she wasn’t a category 1 or 2 we had to wait. Well. 1130, both patie... read more
