About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Backend Engineer who thrives on solving complex challenges and building platforms that scale to millions of users. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge backend systems, contribute to high-impact products, and explore AI-powered innovations.

You’ll collaborate with a talented team to design, build, and scale fault-tolerant systems while ensuring performance, quality, and maintainability. If you enjoy tackling complexity, writing clean and efficient code, and experimenting with modern technologies (including AI agents), we’d love to talk to you.

What You’ll Do:

• Design & Develop: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance, and fault-tolerant backend systems.
• AI Agent Exposure (Good to Have): Work on building and integrating AI-driven agents at scale.
• Innovate: Leverage cutting-edge technologies and evaluate emerging tools for future adoption.
• Code Quality: Write clean, testable, and performant code with strong focus on design principles and best practices.
• Debug & Optimize: Effectively debug issues, resolve bottlenecks, and optimize performance in time-critical environments.
• Collaboration: Work in an agile environment, closely collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing dependencies.
• Continuous Learning: Explore new architectures, frameworks, and approaches to deliver innovative solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience: 4–6 years, with at least 3 years of hands-on Java coding experience.

Technical Skills:

• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, OOP, and service-oriented architecture.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, MySQL.
• Solid experience with RESTful API design and client-server architecture.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, release management, and automated testing (JUnit).

Mindset:

• Passion for writing clean, maintainable code using best practices and design patterns.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Bonus Points:

• Exposure to AI agents or conversational AI systems.
• Experience with cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP).
• Familiarity with message queues, distributed caching, or streaming platforms (Kafka, Redis).
• Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.
