***Updated 2/10/2020*** I don't know what is going on but we've been here a few times but this last visit was not a good experience. My cat's bloodwork was taken over a week ago. I see the results posted 2 days after the visit but like I can interpret that. I've called to get results and they said they would leave a message for the doctor to get back to me. Nothing yet. WTF!? I took my kitten to this office and dropped at least $500 dollars on shots and check ups. I know very minimal about cats, as this is the first time i've had one. When i took her the very last time it was because of behavioral issues. We were with Caring Hands Animal Hospital (CHAH) for three years and it has never been perfect. From "forgetting" to vaccinate our dog, quoting us $1,200 to do a dental cleaning to losing insurance claims- there has always been something not right. We were willing to "let it go" because things do happen. Our patience has ran out after dealing with CHAH staff a week ago. Took my 4 1/2 year old lab there 3 weeks ago knowing something was wrong ,but not sure what. $1043 later, they still didn't know any more than I did. He had a 105.5 fever which they did bloodwork, x-rays,and IVs - but no diagnosis. Sent him home with antibiotics and when we went back the next day, his temperature was normal. He finished his meds over the weekend and seemed fine, but I came home yesterday and found him dead. The only time I will ever use this vet again is if I need a prescription refill. I have an English bulldog who has been hospitalized on a ventilator, and she also had a bronchoscopy done this past fall with South Paws, all before she was a year old. They had highly recommended NOT to put her under anesthesia until was perfectly healthy. I brought my dog in for an illness. The doctor was very friendly and thats why im giving a 2. Thats where it stops. The medicine i was given didnt help her at all. Not sure if they even knew or cared about the issue. Every dog is different and it feels like mine was just another pet. I dont feel she was treated as if she belonged to them.
