I have taken my son's Australian Cattle Dog for 3 years to Caring Hands. Now I also take my 2 Cavanese to Caring Hands. They are wonderful with the dogs. I had an emergency with my 5 month old Cavanese and they took me in right away. All of the personnel; front desk, techs and doctors are very helpful and knowledgeable. The Australian Cattle dog is nervous around people she does not know. They know just how to communicate with her so the appointment goes as smoothly as possible.

"As good as it gets" is simply an understatement for this facility. I have been involved with several rescue organizations for the past ten years, and have been to MANY veterinary clinics throughout Northern Virginia. Caring Hands at Ashburn is, without question, unsurpassed. Dr. Bruzesse has been the go-to veterinarian for me, and under his direction and with his expertise, has saved many border-line kittens and cats which most likely would have made it otherwise. He truly goes beyond the call of duty. I have referre... read more

I am never one to write reviews but I have had such amazing care from Caring Hands, especially Dr. Bruzzese and Dr. Reese. You cannot go wrong because they treat your pet as if it is their own. I was first referred to them as a volunteer foster parent of Friends of Homeless Animals with a terminal dog. They are tireless supporters of animal compassion and rescue. The love and care that they showed to Marlowe and all of our dogs since goes far beyond just 'being a vet.' They are gentle, do not run unnecessary tests and think ... read more

Caring Hands has really impressed me over the years. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. They follow up each day after your appointment. Very convenient hours. Plus my dogs overall seem to enjoy there visits.

After getting my puppy several months ago, I've visited Caring Hands several times. Each and every time they go out of their way not just to make my dog feel comfortable, but me as well. Just yesterday we had to go because it seems our puppy ate something she shouldn't have. When I wasn't able to make my set appointment, they told me that if I could make it before they closed, they would be more than happy to help, but then also provided me with several after hours options just in case. We ended up making it, right at 2PM. ... read more

We've been patients of Caring Hands since 1999, first in Centreville and now mostly in Ashburn. They are GREAT and that goes for all the doctors. Our personal favs are Dr. Newman in Ashburn and Dr. Dillon in Centreville.

My current dog has been going to this vet for the last 2 years and our new dog will be going there as well! They are GREAT. The vets and techs are so sweet and caring about the animals. They are wonderful about getting you an appointment quickly when something is wrong and I never ever feel pushed into getting tests/medicines for my pet...I feel the advantages, side effects, etc are always discussed openly. They are great w answering all my noradic pet mom questions whether it be at an appt or on the phone! I never feel they... read more

I love Caring Hands! The offices are clean and the staff is very personable and always bend over backwards to work with our schedule to make appointments. I have two young children and one of the vets, Dr. Newman, offered to come out and take my dog from the parking lot while I loaded my kids into the strollers. Dr. Bruzzese is so thorough and is very gentle. I also like that he is not quick to do unnecessary tests and is very calming with my dogs nervous parents. :-) Andrea H. Code 697

My husband and I take our kittens, Vera Wang and Louie Vuitton to Caring Hands and every time we've called or been there, the staff have been very friendly and great to work with. They definitely stand by their name, "Caring Hands" and I don't mind paying the fees when it comes to dealing with them. I appreciate the service that they provide every time I walk through their doors and they know not only my kittens' names, my mine as well, which means a lot to me. I'm not just another client but a person and that's what keep... read more
