I love Caring Hands! The offices are clean and the staff is very personable and always bend over backwards to work with our schedule to make appointments. I have two young children and one of the vets, Dr. Newman, offered to come out and take my dog from the parking lot while I loaded my kids into the strollers. Dr. Bruzzese is so thorough and is very gentle. I also like that he is not quick to do unnecessary tests and is very calming with my dogs nervous parents. :-) Andrea H. Code 697
My husband and I take our kittens, Vera Wang and Louie Vuitton to Caring Hands and every time we've called or been there, the staff have been very friendly and great to work with. They definitely stand by their name, "Caring Hands" and I don't mind paying the fees when it comes to dealing with them. I appreciate the service that they provide every time I walk through their doors and they know not only my kittens' names, my mine as well, which means a lot to me. I'm not just another client but a person and that's what keep... read more
Highly recommend all of the vets here! We have met with them all and have enjoyed every visit. Ask for a tour and they give it on the spot! CLEAN, friendly, caring!
I Love Caring Hands, they love my 2 cats Gilby and Blue and my 2 dogs Bentley and Montana and treat them as if they were family. The Staff is great and the Doctors are caring and loving towards them,
My Shih-tzu,, Dakota,, has been a patient of Caring Hands Ashburn, VA, for over 10 years. His Bordetella Vaccine expires in May 2025. I called the vet to schedule his appointment, which a technician usually covers. I received a call back stating he has to see the doctor (higher cost), or he cannot be seen at all, and referred me to a lower-cost animal hospital in Manassas. Ten years of care doesn't seem to count for anything, and it's very disappointing.

We have used helping hands for both of our dogs for normal routine visits. One of our dogs ended up with an ear infection. When we visited helping hands, they advised us it is hard to treat and asked us to follow the treatment and come back every couple of weeks. Every visit was over $400 and new medications which non of them worked. After serveral visits and over $2,000 our friends recommended trying the new location that opened in Broadlands. For much less they treated our dog with antibiotics, ear har trimming and not oth... read more

I would rate this place a 0 if it allowed it. Caring hands killed my best friend of 13 years. Now don't be fooled I was an advocate of this place initially. It wasn't until my 13 year old black lab boarder collie became suddenly ill which lead to us helping her cross the rainbow bridge. I'm sure some of you are thinking she was 13 it was probably her time. NO ! Read my story and see why. In 2020, my dog had blood work done which showed extremely low protein levels and her poop was slimy. Caring hands said give her B12 supple... read more
This place is only after your money. I came in to get two shots for my dog and a refill for her medication. They told me it would be around $75 for the shots, and $22 for the refill. They also suggested a flu shot that they said would cost an extra $30. When I went to pick up my dog the bill came out to $216 and they now said the flu shot was $46. I was told by 2 separate people the flu shot would cost $30. This is not the first time this has happened to us. Last year we brought our dog in because she threw her back o... read more
This vet was great in the past They have taken on too many clients at this point and have outgrown the ability to meet the needs of the long term clients.
