It was my first time owning a pet so I had no idea where to go for a vet. My friend recommended caring hands. She goes to the one in falls church, but I found out they had a location closer to me in ashburn. I took my kitten in for a vet appointment bc the shelter required a vet visit within the first week of adopting. I called to make an appointment and they were very accommodating. I have had many positive experiences here for my three dogs. They care for my middle aged boys very well and helped me through the passing of my sweet Bichon Frise, Belle. I highly recommend this practice.

I can't express how grateful I am for Dr. B and ALL of the staff at Caring Hands. I recently had to let my 10 yr old Great Dane Diesel go to the rainbow bridge. Dr. B talked me through everything and was beyond helpful with all the information and tests that could be done to make sure I was making the right decision. My dog has been a patient of Caring Hands for five years. We have always found the staff and the veternarians professional but very loving to our dog. The exams are thorough. I do not feel pressured to proceed with optional testing services that may be nice to have but I don't think are necessary for our dog. Appointments are easy to schedule. I have had three dogs and several vet changes do to moves. I consider Caring Hands the best we've experienced.

I've been bringing my English Bulldog to this Caring Hands location for a little over a year. I took her in for an emergency visit last week because her breathing seemed a little labored. It got worse after we arrived and she went into cardiac arrest while they were examining her. Dr. Bruzzese and the staff remained calm, administered medicine, and literally saved my dog. Caring Hands is amazing! Our old vet would put a muzzle on one of my dogs because they were scared of her. Here, no one even mentioned a muzzle. She has never bitten anyone before, she just has a nasty habit of peeing everywhere when she's scared. She's never even showed her teeth to a vet, so when our old vet would put a muzzle on her it broke my heart. These guys though, they know what they're doing. Last Thursday was a pet owners worst day for my wife and I. My 17 year old dog was very ill. This had been going on for along time, and we decided it was her time. The people here gave my Dixie a painless dignified exit. They put us in a room that was quiet, did not hurry us in the decision. We were allowed to stay with her throughout this event. The assistants and vet treated us well. I'd recommend this vet to all my friends. Great Vet.

Dr. B is an amazing man, truly a good soul. He took such good care of our sick little girl (dog). His compassion and empathy were manifest. He was mindful of how costly animal care can be, and cut us every possible break. The staff is great too. I can't say enough good things about these folks. You can trust them with your fuzzy kids.

Been coming here for many years. I wouldn't trust any other vets in the area. Doctor Bruzzese is amazing and always follows thru, has a pleasant demeanor and truly cares about the animals he works with. The costs might be a bit higher but you get what you pay for, and if you do care about your animals you have to be prepared to take care of them properly instead of taking them to OTHER cheaper clinics.
