I have been extremely pleased with all the vets I have worked with and especially the staff. From the friendly front desk staff to the well educated vet techs, every interaction is personal and friendly. I chose to drive to Ashburn from Reston and pay the expensive toll so I can have a pleasant experience as well as my beloved pets!

We found a stray cat at our hotel and didn't know what to do. We went to Caring Hands and they tested the cat for free to make sure it was healthy and took it in so it could be transferred to a shelter. We can't thank Stacie and the team enough for their help!

Everyone here has been amazing. They put my cat's best interest first, and really care for his health and well being. They've always told me my options and explained both sides without pressuring me to pay for unnecessary tests or procedures. Caring Hands is not inexpensive, but I think they're pretty reasonably priced considering the attention they give to your pet. I am really appreciative of these guys; my cat is family, and I know they're looking out for him.

My pets have been with Caring Hands since 2012. I love Dr. Bruzzese and Dr. Jarrett. They provide great care, and Dr. Jarrett performed a very difficult surgery on my elderly beagle last year, and took great care with him. The vet techs are patient and good with the dogs. The vets are respectful of my decision not to repeatedly vaccinate adult dogs (except for rabies.) They are understanding about costs and discuss options with me before treating the dogs. I absolutely love the doctors and staff at Caring Hands. They have all been fantastic since I adopted Molly but recently, after an extensive dental treatment with extractions, they went beyond the call of duty. Molly would not take her oral pain meds and we went back twice the day following her procedure for pain management injections. They know Molly and are so good with her (despite her being quite a handful sometimes), I cannot say enough great things about Caring Hands. EDIT 7/19/17: I'm upping this to 5 stars due to the absolutely wonderful staff that helped me with the sudden passing of my beloved husky last summer and due to the handling of my new puppy this year. There are some new faces and everyone has been great with us. I even asked to move rooms at one point because it was the last room I was in with my husky and they did it without any questions asked despite me being a bit of a diva about that. I have taken both my 5 year old Yorkie Daisy and My 15 year old Min Pin Elvis to Caring Hands for about a year. I could not be more pleased with the service they receive from the doctors (primary Dr. Bruzzese) the techs, and staff. We have seen all the doctors for routine visits and illness. Caring Hands Animal Hospital is not only clean and professional but goes the extra mile with their community. For example, they went above and beyond to welcome our MOMs Club into their facility. All the staff members are friendly and compassionate.
